Beginners are always welcome and we have had many successful new gun owners!  However, it should be noted that a CCW class is not always for a beginner.  It's generally designed for and intended to be a venue for applicants with a basic understanding of shooting and gun handling techniques.  To that point, for less experienced persons, preparatory training could prove beneficial, increasing the applicant's confidence and probable success.

Contact us if you'd like to arrange a private one-on-one session.
We have many students who live outside of Mendocino or Lake Counties, take our course for educational purposes.

However, in order to receive a qualification certificate and apply for a CCW permit, you must live within one of these counties.

Private instruction is not dependent on your county of residence.  If you're a new gun owner, or just want to get some extra instruction, we can provide the training.
Our classes are held at:
Ukiah Rifle Pistol Club
2300 Vichy Springs Road
Ukiah, CA

PRIVATE LESSONS ARE HELD AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS DEPENDING ON THE STUDENTS NEEDS.

This is a member's only club that allows us to train for the CCW program.  We hold the lecture portion in the clubhouse and then we transition to the outdoor range for the live fire exercises.  Once you experience this wonderful facility, you may decide to join.
